Legal library
Browse by role, subject and contractual relationship. Pages are structured so a Customer’s legal team can locate the full text, version, effective date, related documents and contracting dependencies without treating an informational policy as a contractual commitment.
All documents in this library are published. Each page states its version and effective date; the applicable Order Form and addenda complete the transaction-specific terms.
For customers
Contracting, platform use, Customer Data, billing, security, integrations and offer-specific conditions. The Order Form identifies what was purchased and which modules were selected.
B2B Terms of Service
General rules for companies contracting and using the Aivyro platform. They address acceptance, responsibilities, use limits, ownership, confidentiality, suspension, liability and disputes; the Order Form identifies what was actually purchased.
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Bilateral template protecting commercial, technical, strategic, personal and security information exchanged during an evaluation, negotiation, due diligence, integration or relationship. It is binding only when executed by authorized representatives.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Addendum defining roles, instructions, security, incidents, subprocessors and transfers. It also addresses rights assistance, proportionate audits, return, deletion and legal holds when Aivyro processes Customer Data on Customer’s behalf.
Billing Renewal and Credits Policy
Policy for pricing, credits, renewal, cancellation, refunds and post-termination export. It separates what must appear in the Order Form, how billing disputes work, when overages may be charged and how taxes, exchange and termination are handled.
Product-Specific Terms
Addenda for capabilities, integrations, usage limits, support and experimental features. They specify module dependencies, permissions, providers, limits, human review, beta conditions and the absence of a universal result or compatibility warranty.
Artificial Intelligence Terms and Transparency
Rules for AI features, inferences, predictive deal and limits on Customer Data use. They define inputs, outputs, training, providers, human evaluation, score review and limits on legal or significant decisions.
Sensitive Data and Health
Conditions, limits and safeguards for sensitive data submitted by Customers. They cover health, biometrics, children, credentials, cards, high-risk uses, regulatory review, HIPAA/BAA where applicable, access, incidents and deletion.
Retention, Export and Deletion
Matrix for retention, export, deletion, restriction and preservation by data class. Binding periods depend on reconciliation with systems, backups, vendors, obligations and tested flows; no provisional period is presented as effective.
Recording Meetings Transcription and Voice Terms
Technical and legal rules for capture, notice, territorial consent, native or assisted recording, import, transcription, diarization, speaker attribution, voiceprints, analysis, sharing, retention, rights and incidents.
Integrations Connectors and Third-Party Applications Terms
Conditions for authority, connected accounts, OAuth, credentials, scopes, data direction and lineage, mapping, writes, conflicts, webhooks, CRM, messaging, email, calendars, meetings, providers, security, billing and disconnection.
Developer Platform APIs Webhooks OAuth and MCP Terms
Rules for APIs, webhooks, OAuth, keys, sessions, MCP, tools, resources, scopes, tenant isolation, third-party applications, data, security, monitoring, limits, distribution, change and termination.
Support Availability and Service Levels Policy
Framework for channels, severity, response, investigation, availability, measurement, exclusions, maintenance, incidents, continuity, RTO, RPO, credits and third parties; no numeric commitment exists without an express Order Form.
Technical and Organizational Security Measures Annex
Obligations and criteria for governance, inventory, identity, least privilege, segregation, secrets, encryption, development, vulnerabilities, logging, infrastructure, vendors, continuity, incidents, personnel, data and audit, without invented certifications.
Legal Center Catalog and Governance
Governance of the legal corpus, including versions, languages, precedence, selection, evidence, history and publication rules. The Catalog identifies how effective documents relate without replacing the Order Form.
B2B Territorial Annexes
Criteria that condition the offer by country, state or province. They organize entity, mandatory law, data, transfers, recordings, communications, billing and contracting gates without promising global coverage.
For partners and programs
Integrations, referrals and programs connecting Aivyro to its ecosystem. Scope depends on the program, the partner role and the addendum actually accepted.
For everyone
Policies applying to visitors, users, customers and partners, including privacy, cookies, communications, recordings and responsible use. Mandatory territorial rules continue to apply.
Privacy Notice
How Aivyro processes account, support, security and Customer-submitted data. The Notice organizes purposes, roles, lawful bases, sharing, transfers, rights, retention, incidents and the privacy contact.
Aivyro Website Terms of Use
Rules for browsing the institutional site and Legal Center. They cover content, intellectual property, third-party links, availability, security, privacy and the distinction between public browsing and platform contracting.
Acceptable Use
Use limits, abuse, unauthorized scraping and purchased lists. It sets material prohibitions, source and suppression requirements, security rules, vulnerability reporting and graduated or immediate enforcement measures.
Cookie Policy
Legal and technical matrix for measurement, storage, preference and consent technologies. The final inventory depends on production scanning by domain, state, vendor, purpose, duration and blocking behavior.
Subprocessor List
Public list and rules for vendors and technologies that may participate in processing according to the contracted module. It identifies applicability limits, roles, changes, notice, objection, transfers and chain responsibility.
Communications Outreach and Anti-Spam Policy
Rules for outreach, recordings, consent, opt-out and commercial communications. They allocate responsibilities according to list source, identity, content, channel, notice, suppression, recording, complaints and each party’s actual control.
How the documents form one contractual relationship
The documents work together and should not be read as independent links. The Order Form or Statement of Work identifies the purchase, price, modules, territory and exceptions; the DPA and addenda detail roles, instructions, security, incidents, subprocessors and transfers; specific terms address AI, integrations, recordings, billing and sensitive data; the B2B Terms provide the commercial foundation. The express contractual order applies to conflicts, subject to mandatory law in the relevant case.

Applicability by territory and operation
AIVYRO LTDA. is the contracting entity. The applicable analysis depends on the Customer, data subjects, sector, channel, data origin and destination, provider involved and relevant country, state or province. B2B contracting does not automatically remove mandatory privacy, consumer, marketing, recording, billing or international-transfer rules. The Order and territorial addenda must select the right module; this page does not promise automatic coverage or immunity in every jurisdiction.
